- PRIMERO. DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones entre el Juzgado �nico Laboral del Circuito de Arauca y el Juzgado 003 Administrativo de Arauca, en el sentido de DECLARAR que el Juzgado 003 Administrativo de Arauca es la autoridad competente para conocer la acci�n judicial instaurada por Willy Brahiam Quintero Berrio contra la Empresa de Energ�a El�ctrica de Arauca � Enelar E.S.P.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretar�a General de la Corte Constitucional, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7784 al Juzgado 003 Administrativo de Arauca , para lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente providencia al Juzgado �nico Laboral del Circuito de Arauca, y a los interesados en este tr�mite. Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
